Plot Summary:
|
Roman labourer Lurkio inadvertently becomes the possessor of a scroll naming the proposed assassins of the Emperor Nero. Administering to the participants of his become expert in's drunk guests seems inconsequential compared to the trouble the scroll brings - but all are in for a nasty shock when Mount Vesuvius decides to blow up.

If you're a fan of 70's inuendo then Frankie Howerd's double feature will not let you down. One of the late-great masters of the farce. Titter-ye-not!
Disappointing
i remember this first time round, unfortunately not as good as the tv programmes but is ok. the second film is a big disappointment. the only worthwhile part is the excellent hugh paddick as a camp robin hood
