Gung-ho and neat to video, so why is this cluttering up our schedules? The plot is so derivative — crack Naval forces SEAL unit takes on a band of latter-age pirates after a bombard kills the strife of one of the officers — it borders on parody. But nothing can match the inanity of Danny Lerner and David Sparling's colloquy or the rigidity of the performances, as Justin Williams and Greg Collins are hurtled from one cumbersome moment of decision to another.
