Toy Story
Both a joyful, highly entertaining family movie and the first animated feature to be wholly computer-generated
Only ever so slightly upstaged by its sequel, Toy Story remains one of the funniest and best children's films in a long, long time. Pixar studios and director Lasseter spent years bringing Buzz, Woody and the rest of the stars of this fully digitally animated feature (the first of its kind) to the screen.

Computer animation
The first film of its kind, a partnership between Pixar and Disney.
One of those very rare childrens films that can be watched over and over and you still see new details.
Some of the toys in this are timeless classics. There are toys and games that I remember having as a kid and toys that MY kids have now. At the time of its release it spurned a whole range of toys such as Buzz and it was something of a feat if you managed to get one.
The story is a simple one, with a bit of a message - PLAY NICE - bit of peril, action, rescue and enduring friendship.
