Plot Summary:
|
In the year 2004 a wicked politician is secretly using a time excursion weapon to orchestrate dead letter and fiscal markets. When cop Max Walker (Jean-Claude Van Damme) catches on to the schematic, he travels back in schedule to terminal the Senator and undo his wife's murder.
