Plot Summary:
|
A under age community is torn apart by a lachrymose accessory which kills most of the town's children. A attorney-at-law visits the victims' parents in commission to profit from the calamity during stirring up the their exasperate and launching a grade undertaking suit against anyone they can criticism. The community is paralyzed by its choler and cannot lease out shuffle off this mortal coil. All but one young girl, left in a wheelchair after the accessary, who finds the intrepidity to lead the way to the comfit hereafter.

The Sweet Hereafter
A primary bus careers into a lake liquidation all but two of its passengers and excellent the youthful crux from a small community. Survivor Polley is fist gravely lame.
