Plot Summary:
|
After Starsky and Hutch successfully run after down a transvestite shoplifter violating his parole, they sidestep a gift from a Huggy Transport about a wooden carcass. The flamboyant jive-windbag got his information from Joe Collandra, time past a stage psychic, just now the proprietor of a diner, who was nothing but showing dippy and minute regrets it. Collandra's sometime task at using his paranormal abilities to help the police resulted in angst for the beleaguered ex-showman, and now he wants nothing to do with psychic detection.
