Plot Summary:
|
Administrator Billy Wilder adds a new and intriguing twist to the disposition of audacious detective Sherlock Holmes. Joined thing hasn't changed however: Holmes' crime-solving talents. Holmes and Dr. Watson quarter on the lawsuit of a beautiful woman whose husband has vanished. The investigation proves funny to be sure, involving six missing midgets, crooked monks, a Scottish castle, the Loch Ness monster, and covert naval experiments. Can the sleuths make substance of all this and clear up the nebulousness?
Sherlock Holmes becomes enmeshed with in the case of Gabrielle Valladon when the lit... tle ones woman is fished old-fashioned of the river and brought to 221b Baker Street by a cabbie. She's surely lovely and doesn't actually recognize who she is or why she mentioned Holmes' name when found. Using his deductive powers, Holmes determines she is Belgian and having retrieved her impedimenta from Victoria garrison, that she had no more than recently arrived on the boat train. She came to England looking fit her still and has no view how she ended up in the river. In short order notwithstanding how, the case becomes more complex when Holmes' fellow-countryman Mycroft warns him to stay away and that it involves the surety of jurisdiction. Undaunted, Holmes, Watson and Gabrielle follow the out of clues and are soon in Inverness where they grapple with both a troop of missing midgets - a envelope Holmes had earlier turned down - and have an encounter with the Loch Ness monster.
