Plot Summary:
|
Unlucky, oafish, charming Marseile PD detective Émilien Coutant-Kerbalec must support worse-then-Clouseau commissioner Gibert guarding a Belgian iniquitous said as dangerous as - and caged Hannibal Lector. Émilien's apathetic cohort, hack driver Daniel Morales, initially only agrees to babysit both their buddy-sons, as Émilien's strife Petra is away on prime-cryptic mission. But momentarily the Belgian escapes, and while chasing him the mates run across on a bank depredation and a remedy king's de luxe villa, where the grand finale reeks havoc.
