Plot Summary:
|
Of East Indian inauguration parentage, Mohan Bhargav is one of the millions of Non-residential Indians settled in the Cooperative States of America. Mohan is employed with N.A.S.A., and has been assigned to the upbraid of measuring snow, which he accepts. He gets a tiny lonely, and reminisces in all directions his life in India, his late parents, and his nanny, Kaveriamma. He impulsively decides to travel to India, and think about how his nanny is doing. He finds out that his nanny has re-located, and after various inquiries he finds in sight that she lives in Charanpur - a prosper famous for... the existent markings of the footsteps of Lord Jam and Devi Maa Sita when they were on their 14-year exile from Ayodhya. Mohan does establish Kaveriamma, who is euphoric to see him. She introduces him to a childlike mate before the name of Gita, and Mohan gets attracted to her. This draw gets him involved in the sundry problems facing Charanpur, and he decides to furnish a mete to ease them. But will a uninitiated educated like Mohan be accepted by the villagers, and when one pleases be considered qualified tolerably to accommodate oneself to to their fail of ‚lan?
