Plot Summary:
|
A modernization of "Twelfth Unendingly, or What You Command." Duke likes Olivia but she does not return his tally. Viola's soccer team is canceled so she goes to another first disguised as her double fellow-citizen to play, where she meets Duke. A silver screen value of conviviality ensues.

A must see comedy! Rent it NOW!
If you want good comedy on a weekend, sit back, get out the popcorn and be prepared to be royally entertained. Good, convincing acting, lots of eyecandy for men and women. A well rounded flick that provides excellent laughs for everyone.
She's the Man
Carina ChocanoWhen her prep school eliminates girls' soccer, star player Viola Hastings (Amanda Bynes) switches teams all the way. Putting shared custody to work for her, she takes the place of her twin brother Sebastian (James Kirk) at his new school, their old school's rival, while he absconds to London with his band. Mom (Julie Hagerty), meanwhile, is too absorbed in the upcoming deb ball to notice, and Dad is out to lunch with his collar turned up. Obviously, conditions couldn't be more perfect for a girl looking to pass as a boy to trounce her ex-boyfriend on the pitch, which is just what she does.

PLeasently surpised
Thought this would be a compelte rip off of Shakespeare and dull. I was wrog. It follows the same concept but is up to the minute modern (albeit modern american). It's really well made and I didn't feel like vomitting once, as it wasn't overly sugary sweet as I thought it might be. It's witty, well acted and well worth a viewing. My 10 year old liked it too.
