Plot Summary:
|

A bit of nostalgia
Originally saw this years ago. Has not aged that well but a good laugh all the same.
5 Star fun for all the family!
This is one of those films that is so so bad, it is laughable!! it has to be seen just to sample the dire special effects and not to mention the acting! I know this film is now dated but i think it must have looked dated 2 days after it's release.
I do feel sorry for the director though, as he clearly only had a budget of £14.50 and a discount voucher for the local fancy dress shop! Also the fact that it's set in Ireland doesn't exactly send chills down ones spine - in fact it was like a horror version of Father Ted - that alone is worth watching it for!
The acting leaves a LOT to be desired. The lead chracters are an awful American couple, with 2 very annoying brats, one of which is killed by the monster - they don't seem that bothered though. But ...
