Plot Summary:
|
When landowner Jagannath Singh (Dilip Kumar) is murdered, his twin companion Amarnath Singh (also Dilip Kumar) decides to study, and finds the list of suspects is seemingly everlasting. From Jagannath's own son Amar (Mukul Dev), to his mistreated wife, Suman (Smita Jaykar), to the number he raped, Yamini (Rekha) and her brother Kundan (Malay Chakravarty), there's a yearn list of wronged people with a reason to want Jagannath Singh dead.
A wealthy man named Jagannath Singh is shot in his own home about killer(s) undistinguished. Police Inspector Khan, who is assigned this case, finds out that... Jagannath was shot at twice, one bullet devastating him, and other embedded in the wall. Khan brings up this case up front Judge Amarnath Singh, who is none other than the twin relative of the deceased. Both Khan and Amarnath about a invite all parties implicated to gather together in Jagannath's palatial conversant with, and there begins the investigation in his slaughter. The suspects classify Yamini, a lady who claimed to have been molested and raped by Jagannath; her brother, Kundan; Suman, Jagannath's hurt wife, and her son, Amar. Unfit to bear the sway, Amar confesses to decimation his father, and is arrested by the policewomen. Is Amar unqualifiedly the slayer? Or was someone uninvestigated involved in this killing?
