Plot Summary:
|
Mayme walks discernible on her squelch, Pete Palooka, after he wins the middleweight championship and shows his proclivity for life in the fast lane. She raises son Joe on a land, by herself. When slimy spat head Knobby Walsh happens to track down Joe's surprising punching power, he signs him. With current maintain Al McSwatt needing an easy rival, Walsh gets Joe the fight. Palooka steals the championship( and girlfriend Nina Madero) from McSwatt when McSwatt shows up for the fight drunk. Now it's Joe's watch to reside in the starve oneself lane, bewitching fights(that are fix ups around Walsh... ) and drinking despotic with vamp Nina.
