Plot Summary:
|
In the hypothetical port of Barranca in South America, the American showgirl Bonnie Lee befriends two American pilots while waiting for the departure of her ship. They disintegrate to a close up and she meets their boss, Geoff Carter, who runs a small airline public limited company. The companionship delivers mail and other shipment through the dangerous chain of mountains. Bonnie feels attracted to the cynical Geoff, and decides to impede. When the up to date hired leader, Bat MacPherson, arrives with his missus, Judy, to substitute for an critically aviator, their pasts affect Geoff and the... other pilots.
