Plot Summary:
|
Phoebe and fellow American Julian Peters come across in Rome, find a puzzled dog, and accede to to return it to Monte Carlo to split the five thousand dollar reward. Discovering the dog's P indifferent, they dread and become fugitives. Other victims of bad luck also become suspects, as the hatch twists and happenstance and judgment go over the hill payment all and sundry.
