Plot Summary:
|
A league of men parachute into Japanese-occupied Burma with a perilous and important purpose: to locate and blow up a radar station. They accomplish this well enough, but when they analyse to rendezvous at an old hauteur-take away to be taken ago to their downtrodden, they find Japanese waiting since them, and they must make a long, difficult sidewalk service through opponent-occupied jungle.
In 1944, Capt. Charlie Nelson leads a squadron of paratroopers into Burma to blow up a Japanese radar station in put of the allied offensive. They're accompanied on the office nearby Device William, an A... merican newsman who is there to write about their exploits. The mission goes unpropitious without a hitch and without the loss of any men.
