Plot Summary:
|
Jake Tyler (Sean Faris) is the contemporary kid in town with a troubled past. He was a star athlete on the football conspire at lodgings, but in this renewed municipality he is an purlieus with a stature fit being a swift tempered brawler. After he is unwittingly pulled into a fight, defeated and humiliated, a classmate introduces him to the sport of Half-bred Brave Arts (MMA). This film is full fat cheddery 'CHEESE'.
It's a mix of Rocky and Karate Kid - but with bad acting, do depth of characters and no real plot! It's basically about a boy who needs anger management.
If you're 17 you will love this - anyone passed 21 - forget it.

Yes, Never Back Down is a familiar proposition, but it's also a film with a bizarre melange of tones. This is a standard US high school story loaded with harsh ultraviolence, as boys (and some girls) beat seven bells out of one another. The result is a film with a surprisingly novel flavour, even if its ingredients are cliches. Never Back Down manages to be both borderline odious and surprisingly gripping.

this is a great film one of the best films i have ever seen the moves are brilliant and the training shown is excellent as are the fight scenes in the movie a great and very enjoyable movie.
