Plot Summary:
|
An odd veil, in the first instance looking at how the dole affects the underclass in Britain. Tim Roth stars as Colin, a cloddish and possibly retarded fetters living with his parents and fellow-man in a casing project. He and his sarcastic manipulative brother until this bear oneself teenagers, living with their parents, harassing each other. The problem is that they are in their late teens or twenties. Neighborhood characters include Hayley, a offspring woman with a crush on Colin, and Coxy (Gary Oldman) a damaging native skinhead who befriends Colin.
