Matrix Reloaded, The
The continuing adventures of virtual reality Superman Neo, his John the Baptist cohort Morpheus and PVC-clad lover Trinity. Special effects extravaganza and geek-boy wish fulfillment fantasy from the Wachowski brothers
After a four-year wait, The Matrix returns. Was it worth the loading time? Yes, but of course there are caveats. This sequel had a lot to live up to: not only was the first film seminal and technically ground-breaking, but the hype machine during 2003 was whirring and smoking with all the talk about the franchise's multimedia excursions (two films, nine Animatrix shorts, a videogame that broke shipment records).

is it a bird? no,just a computer game
I had mixed feelings when i first saw this at the movies until i got it on dvd.
all the matrix films have one problem, (which is unfortunate} when being reviewed.they move to fast for one cinema viewing.
these movies are ultimate viewing for ultimate media....DVD.
only after multiple plays will anyone come close to either getting the plot or truly appreciating the raw power and pulse racing energy that is so present in the action/effects sequences.
Although a lot of the script may seem techno babblish, the fact is it is quite innovative.
you cannot fault the SFX (and believe me i have tried} or the pounding soundtrack which just enhances the sequences they are scored with.
if you like to leave reality behind for a couple of hours then its a must see...
