Plot Summary:
|
Con artists and struggling actors Tucci and Platt, after insulting stage brilliant Molina, find themselves as stowaways on a cruise ship, number whose passengers is the anyhow Molina. In support of the idle about of the voyage, they are artificial into a series of impersonations - from crew members to wealthy passengers to women - to elude detection.

Actor Stanley Tucci followed his critically acclaimed directorial debut, Big Night, with this farcical comedy (originally titled Ship of Fools), in which he and the under-rated Oliver Platt star as two out-of-work actors in the Depression who stow away on a luxury liner populated with eccentric passengers.
