Plot Summary:
|
Power-starving Sovereign Hyperion (Mickey Rourke) and his pitiless army tread across Greece, leaving burned-unfashionable villages and the corpses of the babe in arms in their wake. Hyperion's objective is to locate the great-lost Bow of Epirus; with this unconquerable weapon, he can cast the gods obsolete of Mount Olympus and enhance master of the world. A stonemason named Theseus (Henry Cavill) heeds the words of the sibylline oracle (Freida Pinto), who convinces him that he is the essential to stopping the fell majesty.
