Plot Summary:
|
Jimmy Mason idolizes bootlegger Matt Kelly who is dating Peggy. Unwilling to squeal on his effigy, Jimmy winds up in a cruel reformatory where a unheard of- institute crony is on one's deathbed from reproach. Jimmy escapes to arrive the billingsgate. Matt and Peggy help him at times he has escaped.
