Plot Summary:
|
While busting three sailors-car thieves, NCIS stumbles upon Fleet captain Parker Wayne's severed move on ice in female attorney Sean Oliver's Mercedes. Wayne died from a heart attack in sanitarium months ago, his body was cremated. The cremation the man right now discovers his furnace administrator, Martin Broussard, was into voodoo, and just went missing. The ashes aren't philanthropist. Tying these ends involves more secrets.
