Plot Summary:
|
A man (Colin Firth) moves his two daughters to Italy after their mommy dies in a car mishap, in order to revitalize their lives. Genova changes all three of them as the youngest daughter starts to probe the ghost of her nourish, while the older whole discovers her sexuality.

In the 1970s, Nic Roeg went to Venice to make a film about a couple trying to come to terms with the death of their daughter. Some 20 years later, Michael Winterbottom has gone to Genoa to shoot a picture about a man struggling to get over the death of his wife.

Ge-no-no
If you would enjoy the kind of evening where friends invite you over to view 2,000 of their holiday snaps painfully and slowly without ever completing any of their holiday stories, then this is the film for you. Very naturalistic and also very boring.
