Plot Summary:
|
A discarded silk tophat becomes the focus of a squirm between a washed-up stage magician and a group of schoolchildren after it magically brings a snowman to bounce. Realizing that newly-living Frosty will touch in vault unless he takes refuge in a colder climate, Frosty and a inexperienced girl who he befriends stow away on a freight caravan headed after the north throughout the world. Little do they know that the Merlin is following them, and he wants his hat back. This animated brief is based on the popular Christmas tale of the same favour.
