Fight For Your Life
In the third of six films in which he starred as Tarzan, whilom lifeguard Gordon Scott (who was the first to essay the role in stain) gets a renewed Jane, Eve Beck, and gets to wrestle a live eighteen-and-a-half foot python in the film's best set. Otherwise it is business as stock when Tarzan's sisterhood with a doctor running a hospital in the jungle brings him into conflict with a tribal battleaxe doctor and his superstitious followers. Veteran director Bruce Humberstone tries to keep the action moving, but a trite play and studio-resolved settings repulse him.
