Plot Summary:
|
Man or woman, the sight of a dark-suited borough hand dolling elsewhere parking violations stirs a primal aversion in all but the most enlightened souls. And the lady of EXPIRED, the meter maid Claire, knows it. The layer revolves approximately Claire, a kind soul who resents having to discharge the law at all times, and Jay, an angry Transportation Political appointee who loves his job, being the unqualified opening for his annoyance and frustrations.
