Interesting and unique premise, some horrifying scenes (if you're afraid of elevators and/or heights, as I am), fair amount of gore, high body count, good dose of humor. It has probably suffered in popularity due to the theme (a red herring) of a terrorist attack on a New York City skyscraper, with dialogue about terrorism overlaying a panoramic view of the New York skyline with the Twin Towers intact.
