Plot Summary:
|
As the Russians advance throughout Berlin in the spring of 1945, Adolf Hitler and his remaining military and secretarial staff shelter in his on the loose bunker complex in the centre of the municipality. His nature swings between completely unjustified optimism that his forces will still break from one end to the other, and rage against the ineptitude and traitorousness of his military commanders. Actuality does inexorably start to break through and the Fuhrer and the others in the bunker start to judge their closing in person preparations for the irrevocable.
