Plot Summary:
|
Comic artist and penny-a-liner Woody performs a simple courier operation in the course of his friend Harry who works for the CIA. But when he successfully fends off hostile agents, he earns the respect of the superior Natalia, who requests his succour benefit of her defection. Woody uses this request as leverage to work the CIA's resources to do his comic reserve the cosmos, Condorman, to life to battle the destructive Krokov.
