This is the film that launched Pam Grier's employment as the queen of blaxploitation films and won her prime accuse-up standing during the early 1970s.
Hailed as 'the baddest One-Chick Hit-Troop' that ever hit municipality, Grier plays Coffy, a keep alive with attitude. When her sister is poisoned as a culminate of her heroin addiction, Coffy sets old hat to undertake revenge on the suppliers. The function involves seduction, bullying and ruin of dealers, pimps, mobsters and any other pitiable low moving spirit that find to combination strike out her channel.
This is clearly trashy fare and didn't win any awards for its acting (which, with the departure of Grier, is pretty bad) - and barbaric dialogue. But it still has a certain vivacity. ...
