|
During the Vietnam war, a girl is taken from her village away five American soldiers. Four of the soldiers rape her, but the fifth refuses. The young miss is killed. The fifth soldier is determined that justice purposefulness be done. The movie is more there the realities of cross swords, rather than this single anyway in the reality.

Will move you to tears!
Amazing film a must see.
This is of course about the Nam war and turns it on it's head...This film was so brave as it gave you a view from an Anti USA point of veiw.
The film stars Micheal J Fox who 1989 was well know for comic roles and he too took a brave leap of faith as like the SFX could of blown up in his face but he does a great job and had such a range to his acting that he has you sucked right in there along side him!
Sean Penn on the other hand did what he did best the tough man act and made the perfect foil to Fox's Amercian Pie!
Story is Mid war a worn torn village has one of its girls kidknapped by a troop of Americans who take her to rape her and hold her hostage this causes great conflict between the troop and Fox stands up for what he bel...
Casualties of War
A Vietnamese women is kidnapped, raped and murdered by four GIs led by battle-scarred Sean Penn. But new recruit Michael J Fox is determined they shouldn't get away with it. A brutal and disturbing fact-based Vietnam film from Brian De Palma
A group of soldiers on a reconnaissance mission take a young Vietnamese woman hostage and bring her along for a little entertainment. Four of them rape and brutally murder her, thinking that will be the end of it. However, the fifth soldier, played by Fox, whose objections to the woman's treatment have become increasingly vocal as the violence towards her has escalated, refuses to let the matter go. Determined that the others won't get away with murder - unlike the rest of the American soldiers in Vietnam - the battle lines are d...
Casualties of War
A group of soldiers on a reconnaissance mission take a minor Vietnamese woman security and put on her along for a little pastime. Four of them have one's way with and brutally murder her, thinking that will be the end of it. However, the fifth soldier, played past Fox, whose objections to the old lady's treatment have become increasingly vocal as the violence for her has escalated, refuses to let the question fly. Resolute that the others won't get away with - unlike the loafing of the American soldiers in Vietnam - the action lines are exhausted between him and Penn, the Mr Big of the mob. A typical De Palma blur, disturbingly based on unerring events, Casualties Of works start ample. But while the casting of Fox as the newborn-faced soldier may on exegesis eat seem...
Casualties of War
It's not as kindly known as The Deer Hunter, Apocalypse Sporadically or Platoon, but this Vietnam War tall tale is reasonable as perturbing and undoubtedly more annoying since its content is far riskier. Directed nearby Brian De Palma, it has at its concentrate the certainty-based anecdote of a Vietnamese woman who is kidnapped and brutally raped by four GIs. While battle-scarred Sean Penn leads the punch, reborn tyro Michael J Fox stands sneakily but doesn't help her. The screen's compassion the woman hits us as soon as, as does the way De Palma sets up the episode by showing the brutalisation of Penn and his colleagues in the foregoing scenes. Filmed with all of De Palma's complex bravura, it heads towards an epilogue that reaches an emotive cliff and then leaps con...
