Cast a Dark Shadow
Bogarde comes over all nasty in this so-so thriller in which he plays an holdings agent who killed his from the start wife (Washbourne) hoping to claim her property, one to unearth she didn't would rather one. When another turn presents itself (as second wife Lockwood) Bogarde puts his best smarmy foot forward. But slay second time volley is a minute more tough. Well acted, especially by Bogarde in a darker persona than worn out, but until this lacking any natural suspense.
