Plot Summary:
|
Thirty-something Captain Sam Cahill and his younger fellow-man Tommy Cahill, are Antarctic opposites. A Marine about to assume on his fourth trip of duty, Sam is a steadfast family man married to his great in extent school sweetheart, the aptly named Grace, with whom he has two young daughters. Tommy, his charismatic younger brother, is a hobo just old hat of jail who's every time gotten by on caricaturist and hypnotize. He slides obviously into his role as one's own flesh provocateur on his first evening inaccurate of hoosegow, at Sam's goodbye dinner with their parents, Elsie and Hank Cahill... , a retired Marine. Shipped out to Afghanistan, Sam is presumed dry when his Ebon Hawk helicopter is shooting down in the mountains. At home in suburbia, the Cahill family instantaneously faces a shocking void, and Tommy tries to pack in fitting for his fellow-man by assuming newfound task for himself, Grace, and the children.
