Plot Summary:

Wayne Wang's follow-up movie to Smoke presents a series of improvisational situations strung together to form a pastiche of Brooklyn's varied ethnicity, innovative humor, and essential humanity. Scads of the same characters inhabiting Auggie Wren's Brooklyn Cigar Upon in Smoke reappear here to expound on their philosophy of smoking, relationships, baseball, New York, and Belgian Waffles. Blue in the Face
When their Brooklyn-set stagecraft Smoke wrapped a week early, co-creators Wayne Wang and Paul Auster hit upon the idea of using the available time and sets to spring a second film. With Auster roughing entirely a few scenes and a very vital plotline (Victor Argo's shop owner Vinnie is assessment of selling up and heading to Florida) and the marry taking turns behind the camera, they set all over making Blue In The Face.
