Pacino isn't a natural for comedy, but he has a decent stab at it here as Ivan Travalian, a dramaturgist who's been left by his dippy old lady to bring up five unruly children (four of whom aren't undisturbed his). He wants to focus on the rehearsals and rewrites his first Broadway play, but them darn kids straight obey on insisting they convey priority ended both his calling and his romance sprightliness. There's really not that much to the movie - he grows as a throw and a confessor, all women aren't as bad as his chain and kids can conjecture funny things. In fact, the kids tend to regain the best lines. Approachable ball up.
