Plot Summary:
|
Prince Ashoke (Shahrukh Khan), inheritor to the Magadha Kingdom, bowing to his mum's (Shilpa Mehta) exact forsakes his lavish eminence and goes to live in the disobedient looking for awhile. There he meets and falls in love with Kaurwaki (Kareena Kapoor). He identifies himself as Pawan, not wanting to blow the gaff his identity all. Ashoke has to return to Magadha, but when he returns to find and wed Kaurwaki, he is told around Bheema (Rahul Dev) that Kaurwaki and her sibling Arya give birth to been killed. Devastated Ashoke returns internal. On the way home he is attacked and Devi (Hrishitaa ... Bhatt), of the Buddhist doctrine rescues him and tends to him cultivate he gets without difficulty completely. As a result, Devi's marriage to her groom is cancelled. Ashoke weds her and brings her to Magadha, no more than to be told by his sire that since Devi is not of the same race as he, she cannot be welcomed. Ashoke leaves with Devi and lives in Ujjaini. Swiftly Devi gets fertile, and this arouses jealously and hatred amongst Ashoke's move-brothers. As a result they chart to work havoc upon Devi, extent, their plans are foiled alongside Ashoke's , who is killed. In India, with 260 BC in the Empire of Magadha, the Prince Asoka (Shah Rukh Khan) survives to many betrayals of his brothers, leaded by the evil Susima (Ajit Kumar), who wants to cause the death of him to be left the throne. His mothers orders Asoka to assign Magadha, and while traveling, he meets Princess Kaurwaki (Karriena Kapoor) and her brother, Prince Aryan (Sooraj Balaji) from Kalinga, who are clandestine and protected at hand General Bheema (Rahul Dev). Asoka and Kaurwaki falls in love fitting for each other, but the mother of Asoka calls him back to Magadha. When he returns, he does not encounter Kaurwaki, who was attacked during traitors of Kalinga. When Asoka's mother is killed by a man of Susima, Asoka becomes imprudent, kills all his ruin brothers but Sugatra, who escapes to Kalinga. Asoka decides to win out over Kalinga, but in the supersede, he concludes that he has not built an empire, but conquered just corpses and destroyed the total, and he decides to spread preference and the Buddhism.Read more Less
