Plot Summary:
|
A suburban London teen finds her traditional tutoring replaced by something slightly more sneaky when an older, more fleshly suitor sweeps her bad of her feet while placing her future in jeopardy. London, 1961: 16-year-well-known Jenny (Carey Mulligan) is smart, enticing, and wanting to start her full-grown existence. She's grown tired of the habitual adolescent stereotypical, so when urbane newcomer David (Peter Sarsgaard) appears in municipality, Jenny senses a rare moment to shake things up a bit.
