Plot Summary:
|
Berlin 1943/44 ("The Battle of Berlin"). Felice, an intelligent and courageous Jewish woman who lives under a misleading name, belongs to an underground plan. Lilly, a caring nurturer of four, though an irregular unfaithful old lady, is desperate for treasure. An unusual and passionate love between them blossoms despite the risk of victimization and night-time bombing raids. The Gestapo is on Felice's trail.
