Plot Summary:
|
Adam Raki (Hugh Dancy), an electronics engineer, suffers from a developmental disorder called Asperger syndrome. When a young woman named Beth (Rose Byrne) moves into his apartment building, Adam is altogether taken with her. Beth does not be acquainted with altogether how to react to Adam's unconventional overtures, but decides to pass him a chance nonetheless. But Beth's parents are apprehensive on every side their daughter's brand-new fantasy, which could end the young lovers' relationship before it has a chance to prosper.

Executive Max Mayer handles the symptoms and limitations of the syndrome with sensitivity and intelligence.
