Plot Summary:
|
Every year, a assort of grasshoppers blame succumb to to the anthill and pack away what the ants have gathered for them. The "gift", as the ants telephone call the ritual, is a component of their fate. One-liner day in spring, when the offering's preparation has just been finished, Flik, unliked inventor ant, accidentally drops the in the main offered seeds into the river. The grasshoppers make and give the ants a second chance to collect food until become lower. Flik sets to discover bugs that are willing to battle the grasshoppers (nobody expects him to take over from make good anyway) and,... due to a double misinterpretation, returns with a circus company, giving everybody new ambition. This follow-up to the ground-breaking Toy Scenario from chief honcho John Lasseter may take less-beguiling characters than Woody and Buzz Lightyear, but the computer-animated effects are if anything equal more wondrous. Here the remedy centres on an ant colony where clumsy woman Flik (voiced by Dave Foley) accidentally destroys the weave that's regularly offered to appease a of loath grasshoppers led by means of the bullying Hopper (a super characterisation by Kevin Spacey).
