Plot Summary:
|
The falsehood of two gay Irish lads who tour to London to cut out their possessions in London's ailing underworld. When a patient dies halfway through a business transaction, they are faked to demand alternate employment - but when they hear about the myth of 'the bread in the bed' they tackle their sights a bantam higher.

Overloaded with on-screen graphics, directorial gimmicks and punning names unworthy of a Present On movie, Lab Ky Mo's debut seeks to shock with its politically erroneous caricatures and self-purposeful disconsolate bit. But, in fact, it's nowhere next to exaggerated plenty, either to work as a black comedy or as an in-frolic on the London gay view. Most affluent is the contest gag about Irish fee boys Brendan Mackey and Glenn Mulhern's insistence that they're straight while seeking an enormous pile of money following the deaths of on Easy Street leading light Michael Praed and quirky widower Steven Berkoff. All-inclusive, this is blithely inconsiderate play, but what it lacks is intelligence.
