In experience #3x08, "My Friend the Doctor," it is revealed that the Janitor played the partially of "Through cop" in The Fugitive (1993), a in most cases that was actually played by Neil Flynn. Because of that, fans have speculated that the Janitor's mysterious nominate is also Neil Flynn. In another episode (in one of J.D.'s fantasies), the janitor is talking to his son's class in junior high school and refers to himself as Jan ?tor. The Janitor also refers to himself in thought by way of that name in episode "His Experiences III." In Season 7 Scene 8 "My Manliness" the Janitor admits to Dr. Cox that three statements have some actuality to them, but he is not stupid. Anybody of those admitted biased truths is that he has been called Josh before.
Had a slight feel embarrassed role as a suiting someone to a T clergyman in Henry File of a Serial Killer but his sphere was gash. Deleted scene can be seen on the 20th Anniversary DVD edition.
