American actress Katherine Helmond pooped nearly thirty years becoming an overnight big name. Working fitfully in Supplemental York and regional theatre throughout the '50s and '60s, Helmond made ends meet by working as a drama trainer. Her foremost momentary film appearances were in the Manhattan-based Believe in Me and The Hospital, both hurriedly in 1971.
