From starring in his first film in 1944 (Days Of Glory), Peck was a main performer on the Hollywood scene. Eighteen years later, in 1962, he was to shooting star in his most inspirational and extraordinary function as Atticus Finch - a Depression-epoch advocate and widowed father, in a videotape alteration of the Harper Lee best-seller .
Released during the height of the US laic rights sign in the South, this film and his lines were Peck's favorites. In 2003, Atticus Finch was named the nip fog hero of the existence 100 years by the American Shoot Organize.
