Francesco Lucente was born in Calgary, Alberta, Canada on April 15, 1960. Francesco's debut as a producer, director, screenwriter, cinematographer and editor came with his first short film, 'This Old Man'. He followed it with two more short films, 'Cloak and Dagger' and 'Paint It Black' in 1978. Francesco's first motion picture, for which he wrote the screenplay and produced, edited and directed was the teenage comedy _The Virgin Queen of St. Francis High (1987)_ (qv) released worldwide by Crown... International Pictures, Inc. Francesco produced, edited and directed his second motion picture, the drama _The Inner Voice (1995)_ (qv).
