Cecilie Askeland Mosli (January 30, 1973) is a Norwegian actress. She was educated at King hill high school in Tromsø on Music-line. Further education from the folk high school in Denmark, and entered the College of the State Theater along with 8 others. Cecilie A. Mosli is one of the few who have come into the State Theater College on the first attempt. She has played in several short films and had a small role in the movie Elling. The biggest film role came in 2005 with the film Neighb... ors, a controversial thriller by Paul Sletaune.
